Extensive cloudiness and early morning convection shut down operations for
today, 28 May.

HRDLs (Doppler lidar) may be tested later today on the DLR Falcon

Planned for a CI (convection initiation) mission with ABL
secondary.  Alas, extensive cloudiness and rain cancelled both missions.
Later in the day, the DLR Falcon ran a test flight of the Doppler Lidar
(HRDL, the Turtle), which was not so successful - some power issues
linger (the system works fine on the ground)
